To consider the following proposal: Silverdale Parish Council resolves to make a budget of £5000 available to either: enhance an existing planned event; OR contract with a third party to plan and run a community event in the village over the summer holidays on behalf of the Parish Council, as appropriate, following enquiries with local community groups. e.
