This item is on the agenda to allow the public to raise issues to the Parish Council                     

             

The period of time designated for public participation in accordance with standing order 2 f  shall not exceed 10 minutes unless directed by the chairman of the meeting.  Subject to  standing order 2 g. a member of the public shall not speak for more than 2 minutes.

c.      To agree in principle that if the Borough Council clears the waste material on the council’s land beyond lane 4 then Silverdale Parish Council would negotiate a new lease for the whole site (previously known as Acres Allotments Nos 1-80)

d.     To consider appointing a consultant regarding the remediation of waste in the legal agreement to represent the parish council’s interest

c.      To consider the following proposal: Silverdale Parish Council resolves to make a budget of £5000 available to either: enhance an existing planned event; OR contract with a third party to plan and run a community event in the village over the summer holidays on behalf of the Parish Council, as appropriate, following enquiries with local community groups.
