82/23 To receive apologies
Apologies were received from Cllr Leighton.
83/23 To resolve that the minutes of the Regular meeting held on 9 February 2023 are correct and for the Chair to sign at the meeting (copy attached). Please read these before the meeting as they will be taken as read.
It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes which were signed by the Chairman at the end of the meeting.
84/23 Finance – to resolve to
- To approve the payments, receipts and transfers – Appendix A. RESOLVED to approve.
- To note and approve the bank reconciliation – Appendix B. RESOLVED to approve.
- To note and approve the budget report for 2022/23 – Appendix C. RESOLVED to approve.
85/23 Neighbourhood Development Plan
- To resolve to set the date for the initial consultation as 29 April 2023 from 2-3.30pm at Silverdale Methodist Church.RESOLVED to approve.
- To resolve to approve the quote received from Midlands Drone for the recording of drone video for the neighbourhood area, covering all housing, community/retail and woodlands/green spaces to help publicize the Neighbourhood Plan at a cost of £1350. RESOLVED to approve.
86/23 To consider a fee quote for legal costs to extend the lease to include the additional site (plot numbers 45-80) at the Acres Allotments (note additional legal/site remediation/Knotweed costs)
- To resolve for the Chair to sign the tenancy at will agreement with NBC. RESOLVED to approve.
87/23 To approve comments for the following Planning Applications (please click on the link to view BEFORE the meeting) and to approve delegated authority to deal with any urgent ones in between meetings in consultation with the Chair.

88/23 To discuss and resolve to approve the quote for £950 plus Vat regarding the structural design and details for the Pavilion, Silverdale Park.
It was RESOLVED to confirm the decision to share the costs with NBC. Further, to ask NBC to confirm the immediate or medium-term plans regarding demolition or selling the property.
