- To review and agree the final community engagement activities (£19,997 left to
spend with £19,155 committed) following the updated Covid situation and
agree a firm programme to start from mid July to November 21 (to be

- Update on the electrics at the monument and to note the Risk Assessment and
Method statements (and comments from Plowden and Smith regarding the
