116/23 117/23	To nominate and elect the Chair and Vice Chair and to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office. Public Participation: Chair *This item is on the agenda to allow the public to raise issues at the Parish Council* The period of time designated for public participation in accordance with standing order 2 f shall not exceed 10 minutes unless directed by the chairman of the meeting. Subject to standing order 2 g. a member of the public shall not speak for more than 2 minutes.
